Fall 2013 Season record 3-2-3
Team Force finished fourth in ODSL division 2 falling one win short to advancing to division 1. This was the first season team Force competed at the U14 level of play and faced a very tough division of teams. The showing has obviously allowed the team remain in the 2nd division. This was a rebuilding season which was comprised of a handful of new players along with our seasoned veteran warriors. Team Force was able to remain competitive with the largest losing margin against our team being by three points for the entire ODSL season. Team Force led all three of their ties for approximately 75% of each game before the competition posted tying goals. Even though gradual, team Force has progressed this season in skill and with team chemistry. Feedback was received from one of our competitor coaches and he believed that team Force should have been one of the teams to have advanced to division 1. I humbly told him that team force has worked hard this year and that we are in no rush to get there as long as our players have learned and shown progression from their experiences. Great job team Force. I will continue to look forward to the Spring 2014 season with newly formed goals, objectives, motivation, determination and our continued growth towards the success of team Force. Again, thank you team Force (players, parents, coaches, and staff) for your dedication.
Sincerely, Coach Charles McFarlin
